In this class learn quick and delicious lunch, breakfast, and snack ideas that kids will love to eat and keep them fueled-up. Take home easy, delicious recipes that take little preparation time. Bring your questions about nutrition, picky eaters, and food allergies. All recipes are refined sugar-free, dairy-optional and include no-nut and gluten-free alternatives.
Michelle Greenebaum is a nutrition coach and healthy cooking instructor. As owner of Together In The Kitchen, Michelle teaches people how to incorporate fast, delicious, real food into their busy lives with step-by-step support to make it happen. She offers healthy nutrient-dense recipes and meal plans, techniques for getting more home-cooked dinners on the table faster, tips for a well-stocked kitchen, as well as help for parents with picky eaters.

- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above
- You will work with other students in groups of 4
- Hands-on classes are limited to 16 students
- You will be standing, cooking and working for most of the class
- Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back
- You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish
