Chef Thai integrates classic French techniques into a full range of Vietnamese ingredients and flavors to create his clean, fresh and progressive vision of Asian cuisine.
Chef Thai will create and discuss a selection of his favorite dishes right in front of you. We’ll also serve each dish as it’s prepared, so you’ll enjoy an elegant seated dinner over the course of your evening.
Each guest will receive a gift bag with a copy of The Grilling Book, a subscription to Bon Appétit, along with a copy of the magazine, and other gifts.
