What you will learn
If you've dreamed of making fresh-baked bread but don't know where to begin, join us for this intensive 4-hour class created in partnership with King Arthur Flour. You'll work alongside other students learning the basic skills for making great bread from scratch. Our instructor will walk you through the process–from making a starter and mixing dough to proper kneading techniques. We'll cover essential steps such as proofing, shaping, and baking. Then we'll practice these new skills by making three delicious artisan breads. Once you have a handle on the basics, you'll look forward to treating family and friends to loaves of beautiful home-baked bread.
